Dům má charakter vhodný pro rodinnou rekreaci, nebo skupiny přátel či sportovců, kteří využívají jeho strategickou polohu pro trénování v okolí Vysočina arény a poskytuje soukromí a klid, protože je obklopen velkým pozemkem. Prostory tvoří rozlehlý apartmán: společenská místnost s vybavenou kuchyní , čtyři dvoulůžkové pokoje, ve dvou je možnost přistýlky, kapacita je tedy maximálně 10 lůžek. Je tu společná koupelna s vanou a sprchou, 3x WC, jeden pokoj- v přízemí- má sprchový kout.Mimo sezonu je možno na dotaz tento pokoj pronajmout samostatně, jinak se pronajímá celý objekt a v létě se dodržují obvyklé turnusy od soboty do soboty. V suterénu je místnost pro uložení kol, lyží apod. Také je tu možnost hrát stolní tenis.Venku je k dispozici dětské hřiště s lanovými prvky, trampolína, krytý altánek s grilem, pískoviště, jezírko s rybami a travnaté hřiště na volejbal.
