Quite place with unique design only 16 km to downtown of Prague (Old Town Square) The studio is located underground with light tube (with cover) so it is very quite and in the summer is very comfortable and thanks to the recuperation is there fresh air. On request - rent electric car Peugeot e208 with free parking in Downtown of Prague and free charging for 35 EUR / day (range is about 250 km)

Neighborhood info

New part of very old village from 14 century. Large pond is 3 min walk. There is also private brewery. Free parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. 3 min walk is a bus station, 10 min by car is underground and big shopping mall, Ikea and more. Electric car charger in the building for little extra charge. Food store Billa 4 min by car and 10 min by walk. Airport is about 15 min by car and 40 min by bus
