Since 2008, Adrez has been providing accommodation services, starting with the opening of our first apartment residence. Presently, we oversee 19 apartment residences and hotels, boasting a collective sum of 378 private, fully serviced apartments nestled in the heart of Prague. Our extensive tenure has granted us insight into the desires and anticipations of each guest. We strive to ensure an indelible encounter, catering to all requirements that may surface during your business or leisure trips within Prague's bounds.

Located directly in Prague's Old Town, the Kunstat Palace is home to 3 Epoques Apartments by Adrez, a boutique accommodation situated just few minutes walk from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Apartments are fully online with fully-equipped kitchens. Independent parking is close by. These apartments operate entirely online, eliminating the need for a physical reception area. Once all the necessary guest information is provided in compliance with Czech law, along with the completion of the payment process, access codes to the apartments will be send via email shortly before the scheduled arrival. There is no reception and the check in is online only.
