Svatá Panna is a romantic wellness cottage located in the heart of Czech Paradise, and lies at the foot of the magical Kozákov Mountain. It’s a new, half-timbered building that sits on a half-hectare of land and offers you exclusive accommodation. The terrace, gallery and four apartments provide charming views of well-known Bohemian Paradise landmarks: Trosky, Tábor, Hrubá Skála, Vyskeř, Wallenstein, Bezděz and Mount Kozákov. It is only a 50-minute drive from Černý Most in Prague. We have conceived the Svatá Panna generously from the very beginning. Our goal was to create luxury living in accordance with nature and modern trends. We did not make ambitions to understand everything. On the contrary, from the very beginning we cooperated with the renowned architect Ing. J. Klimeš, who did a great job.
Our first priority is the feeling of satisfaction that we are doing something meaningful. We look forward to provide you with an oasis of peace in your demanding and hectic life. We used only the best materials for the construction. We have always made sure that they are local and ecological. The so-called lunar wood comes from the nearby Giant Mountains, harvested in winter after a full moon. Masonry is certified for passive buildings. The roof is made from recycled materials, pavings from old sandstone blocks coming from the surrounding buildings. Heat is provided by the Viessmann heat pump. In the kitchen there are 5 AEG appliances next to the American fridge, as well as 3 x Miele in the utility room. Let us share with you, that we sponsor mouth painting artists, and will donate them a part of your money. You will find many of their original art works in the house. We think we've done the work, but that's up to you to judge.
We wanted the house to look romantic, cozy and warm. The site itself is located directly in the UNESCO Geopark. From the windows and gallery there are breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. All the floors are heated, the dreamy mood is evoked by a look into the crackling wood in the tiled stove.
