A three-story building with three apartments. The complex features a sauna, relaxation area, terrace, small pool, and barbecue area. Each room has its own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. Parking for 3-4 cars is available. You can also participate in the presidential residence
The area around Karlovy Vary is well-known for its mineral springs and high hills. Mattoni mineral water comes from here. It's a remarkable village with an ancient-style covered wooden brigde across the river. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1226. It lies on the round bike route just 10 km from Karlovy Vary. Rafts and kayaks float down the river from this village. It's a quiet place in the valley, hidden from the main roads
