We offer accommodation in two newly furnished and modern studio apartments, each with an area of 28 m², located right in the centre of Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests – featuring a double bed and a sofa bed. In Apartment No. 2, the double bed is elevated, with a sofa bed placed underneath, saving space and adding a cozy, practical touch to the interior. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette including a stovetop, electric kettle, microwave, coffemachine and basic kitchen utensils – ideal for preparing simple meals during your stay. Sports equipment such as skis or bikes can be stored safely in a dedicated basement storage room. A supermarket (Tesco) is just 200 metres away and open daily, as well as a bus stop, ski bus, and cycle bus. Restaurants, cafés, and equipment rentals are also nearby. Public parking is available within walking distance for a small fee.

Rokytnice is located in the Giant Mountains, the highest Czech mountains. It is not surprising that the difference between the highest and lowest point is almost a thousand metres. The Lysá hora mountain stands as a guardian above the town and the typical dominant of the western Giant Mountains, the Kotel mountain, is also nearby. It is one of the most famous mountain resorts in the country. The local ski resort is one of the largest and most popular in the country and the variety of slopes guarantees fun for beginners and experienced skiers. There are 24 ski lifts or chairlifts to take you to the ridges of the surrounding hills and mountains. But Rokytnice is not just a winter resort. Even in the summer months there is plenty of sports activities. You will find here, for example, a Bikepark, a rope park or countless kilometres of cycling and hiking trails. A beautiful day walk along the ridges will take you to Mísečky, Špindlerův Mlýn or even to the top of the highest Czech mountain Sněžka.
