The windows provide a view of the nearby Grünwalder Forest. The bedroom has a large double bed. The stars can be observed at night through the rustic skylight. From the bedroom you enter the dark tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. The kitchen can be reached from the living room and has a stove with 4 hobs, a microwave and refrigerator as well as all the necessary crockery. Incl. Barbecue and garden furniture.

Access for guests Our guests share the common entrance and the staircase with us. The apartment can of course be locked! In the garden, my guests have their own area next to the climbing frame and our rabbits stable with a table, 4 chairs, a parasol and a gas grill for your BBQ. Important note: We have a dog and rabbits. My dog lives in the house and garden and is free to meet my guests in the stairwell and in the garden. He is absolutely good, cuddly and harmless - but my house may not be the right choice for people who are afraid of big dogs!
