21rooms is a digital house with no staff in the house. After booking, you will receive emails from us from our digital guest companion. On the day of arrival, online check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Here you can find out the PIN for access and the room number. If you have booked for colleagues, family or friends, please forward the e-mail with the registration form to them, you will receive this 2 days before arrival.
