Enjoy your breakfast in the front yard with a view of horse pastures and the surrounding Bavarian farms.. On the ground floor, you will find the open-plan living and cooking area, which offers plenty of space for spending time together. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Two further bathrooms are also available. The furnishings harmoniously combine tradition and modernity. A special highlight is the in-house wellness area, which invites you to relax: swim a few laps in the pool, unwind in the sauna, or find your center in the yoga room. For the ultimate in relaxation, there is also a massage room at your disposal. From the front yard, you can look out over horse pastures and surrounding farms. Tables and chairs are available here for your outdoor breakfast or a barbecue under the open sky. While you enjoy complete privacy in this spacious maisonette, the sprawling historic estate accommodates a total of three other residential units, giving the house a lively yet peaceful atmosphere. The house is located in Seethal on Lake Chiemsee, surrounded by Bavarian nature and tradition. The lake is ideal for boat trips, while the region offers numerous hiking and cycling trails. Discover the surrounding area and let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere. Meet Sabine We are Sabine and Christof. A few years ago, we lovingly renovated this listed fisherman's house. What makes it special is that the original layout of the house is now reflected in two worlds – discover Christof's rustic 'farmer's side' and Sabine's maritime 'fisherman's side'.
