We would like to inform you that roadworks are scheduled to take place from May 26, 2026, until approximately October 30, 2026, in the area of ​​Alpspitzstraße (nos. 1–22) and Stepbergweg (nos. 1–3), resulting in a complete road closure.

If you are arriving from the direction of Grainau town center, please use the detour via Zugspitzstraße.

If you are arriving from the direction of Schmölz (turning off Griesener Straße), you can access the property without obstruction via Zigeunerweg and then Alpspitzstraße.
