Welcome to the holiday apartment Alpenjuwel! The approx. 101 square metre holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building in a very central location of Garmisch. The Marienplatz and the lively pedestrian precinct are only a few steps away. Furthermore, this 3.5 room apartment has recently been newly furnished and looks very cosy thanks to the large panorama windows and the high-quality oak parquet flooring. Two bedrooms with double beds (one king-size scrape bed + one box-spring bed) and the spacious and open designed living and dining room with a pull-out sofa bed invites you to spend nice hours together for up to 6 persons. The highlight is the all-round south-west balcony with a wonderful and direct view of the Alpspitze & Zugspitze. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all important appliances. The bathroom can be reached via the hallway or bedroom, which is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. In the entrance area you will find a large cloakroom with an adjoining guest toilet. You will find a free parking space directly at the house. Non-smoker apartment!
