Seligenstadt is something special and with its location in Frankfurt's Speckgürtel ideal for excursions into the surrounding area. The infrastructure offers everything your heart desires, from small fine stores, several artisan butchers and bakers as well as larger supermarkets and a department store (still family-owned) to the private brewery Glaab and lots of restaurants, cafes with and without ice cream. So if you don't want to cook in our well-equipped kitchen, you will find plenty of opportunities to have breakfast nearby or, for example, to enjoy your lunch in one of the many restaurants on the market square in beautiful weather. Likewise, you can end the evening near our venerable basilica with a tasty drink. We like living here and that's exactly what we want to show with our listed vacation home. Since we live right next door, we are (almost) always approachable for our guests. We are happy to help with words and deeds and keep one or the other insider tip for them.

With great attention to detail we have furnished our old town happiness. Our motto is: "We furnish each of our vacation apartments in such a way that we would also like to stay there ourselves!" On the first floor you will find the living and dining area with kitchen and the sofa bed for the fifth and/or sixth person, as well as a guest toilet and access to the terrace in the courtyard. A wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor with a large bathroom (tub and shower and toilet), the balcony with seating and the two bedrooms. The large bedroom has a large double bed and the small bedroom has two small single beds (ideal, but not only, for children). Attention: The small bedroom is accessible only through the large bedroom (but there is a lockable intermediate door). Despite the location in the middle of the old town, it is usually very quiet at night. There are exceptions, of course, because in Seligenstadt people like to celebrate, whether at Shrovetide, the wine festival or in the days of the Advent market on the market place. But most guests even come to Seligenstadt especially for this. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Seligenstadt, the pearl on the Main. Our half-timbered house is located in the heart of the historic old town. Quiet, but right in the middle. The romantic old town has a lot to offer. The basilica and the monastery garden are just as close as a variety of good restaurants and cafes. The Main River can be reached in two minutes and the nearby Spessart region region beckons with biking and hiking opportunities.
