Company info

We are looking forward to host guests, who are aware that this is not a five star hotel , in fact not even a hostel, but a privately owned and inhabited apartement and who appreciate such a personal atmosphere combined with the possibilities of the relatively huge and partly luxurious rooms that usually can be used together. So should you find some little "imperfections" compared to a hotel room, you should be flexible, talk to us and keep in mind, that we are also living permanently in this apartement.

Property info

We are not offering a hotel room, we are offering a quiet and nice private guestroom for 1-2 persons in a private and partly luxurious 140 sqm apartement. It is the former office of the apartment and in addition to a comfortable bed and a desk it also contains several board games and books ( a lot of history and English literature ) , its own TV and has a small balcony . Our huge living / bedroom with fireplace , snooker table and a bar as well as our large balcony with barbecue can also be shared on request , as well as the kitchen and of course the common bathroom with luxury shower and a large circular bathtub.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located close to the central railway station , the city center and several shops . To reach all of them or theaters, museums and parks does not take more than a 10-15 minute walk . From the central railway station , all cities of the Ruhr or Rhine area ( for example, Dortmund, Essen , Wuppertal , Cologne etc ) can be reached within 30-60 minutes . Free parking space can usualy be found directly in the street or in the surrounding neighborhood.
