This cosy studio is designed as an all-in-one living space and accommodates up to 2 guests. The room features a comfortable double bed with blackout curtains, soft pillows and blankets to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also a sofa, dining table and a Smart TV with Netflix, making it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, an oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, milk frother and other kitchen essentials. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided. You’ll also find a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. A washing machine and fast Wi-Fi are available for guests. Central heating keeps the apartment warm and comfortable throughout the year. One small room in the apartment is used as a private storage space and will remain closed during your stay. Guests have access to the entire studio apartment including the living space, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.Please note that one storage room will remain locked, as it is used for storage items. The apartment is located on Endersstraße with many useful amenities nearby • Within a 5-minute walk you will find supermarkets and stores such as:Netto Marken-Discount/ Kaufland / dm-drogerie markt / Apotheke/ Bäckerei. • Within 6 minutes from the tram station you can reach The football Stadium Red Bull Arena • In about 11 minutes walking, you can reach the lively Karl-Heine-Straße, known for its cafés, restaurants and local atmosphere. • Public transport is also very convenient: 3 minutes walk to the nearest tram station • Around 15 minutes by tram to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof For nature lovers and long walks, the beautiful Sachsenbrücke is also within easy reach.
