Nice,refurbished apartment in quiet location near by recreational area and lake. The apartment have approx 65 Sqm. Beautiful new Bathrrom with shower, 1 Sleepingroom with a single Bed and a double Bed and a great wardrobe. 1 great Room (40 Sqm) with Kitchen cpl, Dining table and Seat set for 3-4 Persons, TV-Sat ,Sky receiver, Radio are also available. It is a roof apartment on the 2nd floor.Bed linen and bath towels are includet. The apartment is near by a bus station, which you can use to travel to Duisburg railway station (approx 30min by bus). From this station, you can travel quickly to Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund, etc. Parking spots, in front of the house are free of charge. House rest from 10 o´clock pm till 7 o`clock am. You have to lock the house door at 10 o clock pm. No smoker apartment. No permission to smoke. No Pets. Cleaning service fee included in the total nightly price.
Kind, friendly and funny person. Naturlovers, gardening. Hobby: Motorbiking, Fitness, Walking, Swimming. No problems with guests out of germany. English speaking
Apartment is near by a recreation area. At lake Toeppersee you will find Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Indoorswimmingpool, Restaurants with german cuisine. Walking araound the lake approx 4,5 km. Close to the apartment you will find Pharmacy, Supermarket, Greek Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bus Station, Gasoline Station.
