The approximately 45 sqm apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and direct beach access. Enjoy peaceful mornings and cozy evenings on the covered balcony or spend your beach days using the private beach chair provided for guests. The well-maintained apartment building features an elevator for added convenience during your stay. The apartment is modern, bright, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and complimentary Netflix provide entertainment for the whole family. The kitchen and shower bathroom are fully equipped, and guests also have access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A free private duplex parking space is included as well. Thanks to the central location, you can easily walk to the beach promenade, cafés, bakeries, and many popular restaurants nearby, including Villa Mare, Bella Vista, Gosch, and Niederegger. Pets are welcome upon request. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
