Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage Lüdenscheids (ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Bushaltestelle ist 250 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt, die Phänomenta. Ein Kiosk, ein Lebensmittelladen und ein Imbiss befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
