The spacious apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is perfect for families or groups. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the comfortable couch or the large dining table. Thanks to a free 55-inch smart TV with Netflix access, board games and books, you won't get bored. In the kitchen you will miss nothing thanks to top equipment. In addition to basic equipment and all cooking utensils, you will find a fully automatic coffee machine. The two bedrooms offer space for max. 6 persons. In the first bedroom you will find 2 queen size beds and in the second room another queen size bed, all 160x200cm. Thanks to cozy bed linen in hotel quality and blackout blinds, nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep. In the second bedroom you will find a small workplace with a desk + chair. We also offer you two bathrooms, each with a toilet and sink, and another large bathroom with shower and daylight, where you will find everything you need for your stay. Of course, we will provide you with fresh and soft towels upon your arrival.

The apartment is located in one of the most popular districts of Kassel and has a lot to offer. The streetcar stop "Berlepschstraße" is right outside the front door, so you can reach both the city center and the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in about 10 minutes. The Wilhelmshöhe train station is only 2 stops away. All supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and boutiques are also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The apartment is located directly very central on Wilhelmshöher Allee. Due to the triple-glazed windows, however, the traffic is not to be heard. Paid parking is possible directly in front of the front door or free of charge in the side street only 200m away.
