The 50 m² accommodation features a combined living and sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest WC, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment is within walking distance of a bakery, banks, and shops. Several supermarkets are available in town, some of which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the property. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. There are guidelines for proper waste separation; you will receive more information on site. The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving features. Regular check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Late arrivals in the evening or at night are possible at any time. Check-in is mainly via a key safe, allowing you to arrive flexibly and independently. On the day of departure, the apartment is available to you until 10:00 a.m. Cleaning: - 1–7 nights: No interim cleaning. - From 8 nights: Interim cleaning after the 4th night, including fresh towels and new bed linen if needed. - Stays of 14 nights or more: Weekly interim cleaning.
