Located in Weimar, this modern holiday home of approx. 55 m² spans two floors and accommodates up to five guests. The upper bedroom has 3 beds and, on request, a baby cot. Please note, the relatively steep staircase may be a challenge for very young children and guests with limited mobility. The separate lower room offers 2 more beds. The kitchenette is designed for simple tea and pasta meals, with two hobs but no oven or dishwasher. The modern, quiet heating system is in the lower living area near the kitchenette. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV are provided. Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace or relax in the shared garden. Public street parking ensures a stress-free arrival. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Events are not permitted. This is a non-smoking house; please smoke only on the terrace and with consideration. The house is in a quiet location, just a ten-minute walk below Belvedere Palace and 2–3 minutes from the Hainfels bus stop (Line 1, every 15–20 minutes during the day). The city centre is a 10-minute bike ride away. The Ilmtal cycle path is 500 metres away, and the Goethe hiking trail is 1 kilometre away. Enjoy culture, cycling, and hiking in the area.
