Brand new, great studio and apartment furnished with love. The location is in the absolute city center. More central is no longer possible, right on the pedestrian zone on the first floor (no elevator). The facility is completely new (renovation ended in January 2020). The studio is furnished in a youthful modern style, the apartment has a modern, elegant touch. With your studio or apartment you will receive a free parking card for the municipal car park "Annenhof" (100 m). The property offers: a studio for 2 people and an apartment for 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or teenagers). 1 cot and 1 high chair on request. Studio and apartment can also be combined and are therefore ideal for 4 adults and 2 children or adolescents, 6 adults are of course also possible. The studio is only intended for 2 people. The price includes the use of: the room rental, water, electricity, heating, towels, bed linen, kitchen linen, shampoo and shower gel, parking in the car park, free mineral water, tea, coffee and snacks on arrival.
