Welcome to the Boardinghouse Henschelstraße! We are a modern boarding house with 48 rooms on the outskirts of Munich city centre. The new building opened its doors for the first time in July 2021 and is currently undergoing the finishing touches. Guests therefore currently have the unique experience of seeing an accommodation facility in the final stages of construction. Some craftsmen will still be working discreetly in the background. We are looking forward to receiving constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement and hope to welcome you as a guest in our boarding house soon!
In our Boardinghouse Henschelstraße we offer fully furnished flats for immediate and permanent use. This concept of "serviced flats", which originated in the USA, combines the advantages of a hotel with those of a furnished flat. This type of temporary living is primarily aimed at business travellers, engineers and fitters who would like to optimise the costs of a temporary stay of maximum 6 months with a self-defined degree of self-sufficiency and flexible service.
Located on the outskirts of Munich city centre, our boarding house with its direct S-Bahn connection offers the perfect place to stay in Munich, from where you can reach the city centre within a few minutes. Enjoy some time out in our quiet district of Lochhausen and use your time with us to switch off from the vibrant city life.
