Our apartments are in the heart of the shopping district, newly renovated and range up to 40 sqm and feature high-standard amenities and appliances for all requirements. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a hotel-comfort beds, Smart-TV, high-speed WiFi and a modern private bathroom with shower.

Neighborhood info

Our apartments are situated at the "Suedwall", right next to Dortmund's shopping streets. Therefore you have all the shopping outlets, restaurants and sights right around the corner as you are in the heart of the city.
