Die Einrichtung ist rustikal (fast Ikea-frei). Der Fußboden ist komplett aus Holzdielen. Das große Zimmer hat keine seperate Tür. Ideal für Gruppen. Einzelbuchungen können angefragt werden (Gastgeberangebot). Das Haus ist eins der ältesten im Ortsteil. Wir haben einen eigenen Zugang zum Wasser und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Räder o. Boote. Vier Burgen sind zu erwandern. Fussläufig zu erreichen sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sparkasse, Minigolf, Bikepark, Industriemuseum, Hattinger Altstadt, Gastronomie u.v.m.. Es gibt ein großes Grundstück, optional einen trockenen Grillplatz. Ich wohne im gleichen Haus und stehe zur für Fragen zur Verfügung. Bootsfahrten können bei mir gebucht werden. Wir haben einen hohen Freizeitwert. Wandern, Kanufahren, Radfahren, Slacklines auf dem Grundstück etc.. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, also verkehrsarm.
