We love old and especially historic buildings, we renovate them with perseverance and passion. We are proud on our experience and we are happy, when new life moves into the historic formerly often vacant rooms.

Our house is located within beautiful wineyards, the bike hiking pathway passes it. You are quickly on the highway to Mainz, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Alzey Kaiserlauftern, Worms, Mannheim A63 und A61. You can buy food 2 km away in Gau-Odernheim, here you find Lidl, REWE, a phamacy, doctors, also within the village you find many terrific wine farmer and vinotheque. On the path way what leads you to wonderful nature you can bike or walk to the Petersberg with a great view over the landscape of Rhine Hessen. If you travel 10 minutes to Alzey you can vist the museum with magnific relicts of roman culture and enjoy a historic city. You can visit wine and music festivals, a public swimming pool, a theater with comedy and music /art. We are experienced in renting all kinds of flats from small 1 room flat to spacious houses to many different people of all countries in various locations in Mainz, Saulheim, Alzey and Bechtolsheim within the past 30 years.
