1. Online Check-in & Identification: Access to the accommodations will only be granted after successful completion of online check-in and submission of a valid photo ID. This is mandatory; without this verification, an access code cannot be provided.

2. Strictly Private Use (Prohibition of Commercial Activity/Prostitution): The accommodations may only be used for private residential purposes. Any commercial activity, in particular prostitution or unregistered, frequent visitors, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund and reporting to the relevant authorities.

3. No Smoking & Damages: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire accommodations. A special cleaning fee of EUR 250 will be charged for violations. A damages fee of up to EUR 400 will be charged for damage to the inventory, lost keys, or excessive soiling.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
