Zentral gelegen, schöne helle moderne Dachgeschosswohnung in gepflegtem Haus. Dielenbereich mit offener komplett ausgestattete Küche/Essbar. Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Schrank, Kommode. Wohnzimmer mit bodentiefen Fernstern,2 Schlafmöglichkeiten, großer Esstisch, Fernseher und Balkon. Bad mit Badewanne verfügt über Wasch-/ Trockenmaschine. Wohnung mit WLAN Internetanschluss. Die Wohnung wurde 2017 aufwendig modernisiert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wöchentliche Reinigung möglich!
