This cozy basement apartment with a terrace is located directly adjacent to the Friedenshöhe forest park, which features a fitness trail and offers stunning views over Wuppertal. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, you'll find a spacious living room furnished with a large TV, a sofa, and a dining table. The terrace is perfect for relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen completes the comfortable living space for 1-2 people.
just 5 minutes you can reach the A1 and A46 motorways, from where cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Dortmund are about 30 minutes away. The university and Wuppertal's city centers, Elberfeld and Barmen, are also easily accessible, offering a unique experience on the Wuppertal Suspension Railway between Vohwinkel and Oberbarmen. The suspension railway and Visiodrome are also well worth a visit, as is the Wuppertal Zoo. For sporting events, Wuppertal is home to the regional league football team Wuppertaler SV and the Bundesliga handball team Bergischer HC. The nearby forest park, just a few meters from the house, is perfect for leisurely walks with your dog.
