The location is very good, you live in the middle between the two large hospitals in Braunschweig (municipal clinic Salzdahlumer Str. and Duchess Elisabeth Hospital) Both hospitals can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the rooftop balcony and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and everything you need. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and also a washing machine is in the apartment. Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest with the comfortable sofa bed. There are plenty of free parking spaces available around the building. Kind regards, Damian
The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel completely at home! We provide high quality bed linen and towels. Besides that A welcome set with coffee and tea awaits you. - Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an additional cost A registration form must be completed before check-in. Since the apartment is in an apartment building, it would be great if you didn't host any parties ;o) Quiet families live in the house. You live in the south of Braunschweig: The main train station can be reached by public transport. The city center is also only 10 minutes by car removed. (alternatively by tram) You will find a supermarket nearby and a shopping center with drugstores within walking distance. Free public parking is available directly at the building. If you like doing sports, there is a swimming pool around the corner. You can also run a few laps around Lake Heidbergsee or just take a walk.
