The apartment has a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV set, and a table with chairs. Broadband WiFi is available. The bedroom can be darkened by light-tight shades. It has a queen-size bed and chests of drawers as well as a clothes rail, so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. The kitchen is compact but equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. A microwave, a filter coffee machine, a French press, a toaster, and an electric kettle are also at your disposal. There is no dishwasher. The bathroom is small but has all the necessary appliances (except bathtub) as well as a washing machine. A hair dryer and towels are also available. If you need to use a laundry dryer, one is available at extra charge at a laundromat just 5 minutes away. But the laundry rack on the balcony of the apartment usually also does the trick, while also being more environmentally friendly - and your clothes smell nice and fresh having dried in the wind. Finally, the balcony is a good place to enjoy the sun in the afternoon/evening and to sip wine or coffee and relax.
Having lived in several countries on 3 continents, we love to go places and to meet new people. Our two daughters also have got the travel bug. The vicinity of Frankfurt airport and the professional affinity to aviation help quite a bit in exploring the world. :) We speak English, German and Russian.
Our apartment is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with everything you need within walking distance. One supermarket (open Mo-Sa from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m.) is on the ground floor of the same building. Another supermarket, a bakery, a drug store, a pharmacy, and several nice bars are also just next door. The city center and the RheinMain CongressCenter are only 1,6 km (1 mile) away. The main train station is just as close. Finding parking nearby is quite challenging, unfortunately. But there are two 24-hour bike rentals just down the street, and the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. We will gladly advise you on getting around the city on public transportation.
