The feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed as soon as you enter this country house villa, even before the magnificent panoramic view reveals itself to you. On a sunny hillside above Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you will inhabit bright, inviting rooms with large windows and 230sqm on 3 floors. There are 3 parking spaces and a double garage at your disposal. Through the main entrance or through the internal access through the double garage you enter the lower floors of this dream house, which is built directly on the slope.On the lowest floor there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a box spring bed and flat screen TV. The dreamlike view is already present on this floor through the large windows and from the terrace. There is plenty of storage space thanks to the walk-in wardrobe and generous built-in cupboards. For our guests who also have to work during their holidays, there is also a desk available in one of the bedrooms. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet complete this floor. In another room you can experience total relaxation in the sauna with saunarium, which has just been completed. An inviting staircase leads to the heart of the house: the open-plan living and dining area with a high-quality fitted kitchen. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! This area is surrounded by a large balcony with a fantastic panoramic view. From here you also have direct access to the outdoor area with Jacuzzi and covered dining area on the approx. 45 sqm terrace. On the top floor you have a large bedroom with box-spring beds and an adjoining bathroom. Here you can also enjoy a magnificent view of the Wetterstein mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze through the window front or from the balcony. The modern, light-flooded bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub and a rain shower.
