We are Claudia & Daniel Ham and have been running FeWo-Service Eifel since 2021. With great passion and a dedicated team, we ensure that every holiday apartment is handed over to our guests in perfect condition. Starting in 2025, we are expanding our services: in addition to cleaning, we also handle marketing on behalf of our clients, offer property maintenance services, and provide personal guest support on site. This allows us to ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable and always have a contact person for any questions or concerns. Our office is located at Sarresdorfer Straße 37 in Gerolstein. From here, we organize everything needed for a relaxing stay in the Eifel region. With dedication and expertise, we take care of every detail – for hosts, this means all services from a single source, and for guests, a holiday that will be remembered fondly.

The holiday apartments Eifel Perle 1 & 2 are located in one building with a shared entrance and offer two separate apartments, each accommodating up to 8 guests. Ideal for groups of up to 16 people – while still maintaining privacy. Please note: the living and dining areas are each designed for a maximum of 8 people, so gathering all together indoors is only possible on the terrace. Both apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with TV. Floor 1: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, table football. Floor 2: 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet, playroom for children. A baby cot and a high chair are available on each floor (more on request). Behind the house, there is an elevated shared terrace with bicycle storage, adjacent to parking spaces and the spa park. Two charcoal grills invite you to enjoy relaxed barbecues. A bakery/village shop is just a 1-minute walk away (also open on Sundays). Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Check-in and check-out are conveniently handled contactlessly via a key safe.

Manderscheid offers a beautiful natural setting with good infrastructure, shopping facilities, and restaurants. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy impressive views of castles, lakes, and volcanic landscapes. Popular hiking trails such as the Mindfulness Trail “Kleine Kyll” and the Lieser Trail (stage 12 of the Eifelsteig) run in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The castle ruins Niederburg and Oberburg are only about 1 km away and offer wonderful hiking opportunities. Climbing enthusiasts will find one of the best non-alpine via ferratas in Germany at Niederburg – guided tours with experienced guides are available on request. Cyclists will also enjoy the area: numerous routes lead through the region, and a bicycle bus can conveniently take you back to your starting point if needed. Bicycles can be rented locally. An information folder with tips is available in the apartment. The Manderscheid Tourist Center is also easily accessible and provides up-to-date information and assistance, for example with organizing equipment.
