Our two-level Design Maisonette in Schiffweiler is more than just accommodation: a spacious 115 m² retreat for guests who value comfort, peace and a special living atmosphere in Saarland. With a private terrace, seasonal pavilion, two parking spaces directly in front of the house and contactless self-check-in, your stay begins in a relaxed way. This DTV-certified 4-star holiday apartment offers plenty of space on two levels, thoughtful amenities and a warm, personal atmosphere – bright, stylish, cosy and prepared with attention to detail. Upstairs, an open studio level awaits you with panoramic windows, a sleeping area with a box-spring bed and reversible mattresses, a relaxation area with an electric fireplace, sofa bed, reading chair and desk – ideal for reading, working and relaxing. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot, a living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, and a balcony with green views offer comfortable retreats for families, couples or longer stays. The separate kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender and coffee accessories. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and spices are provided. The modern bathroom with shower, bidet, two washbasins and toilet is practical when travelling with several people. The private terrace with pavilion, seating area and loungers quickly becomes a favourite spot for outdoor breakfast or quiet evenings. Grill use in the shared outdoor area is available on request, after prior confirmation and in accordance with the applicable grill rules. Forest and lake are about 1.5 km away. Shops, a pharmacy and daily essentials are nearby. Whether for a family holiday, short trip, business trip, group stay or time out in Saarland – our Design Maisonette offers space, peace, comfort and a temporary home with character.

Our maisonette is located in Schiffweiler/Heiligenwald, in one of the most attractive areas of the Saarland holiday region – at the tri-border area of Germany, France and Luxembourg. The location is ideal for guests who wish to combine nature, culture, excursions and relaxation. Everything you need is close by: Shops such as Netto, a pharmacy, a butcher and a bakery can be reached conveniently within just 300 m. Nature lovers will enjoy the Itzenplitzer ponds and forest lakes (approx. 1.2 km) – perfect for walking, jogging or Nordic walking. The popular Gondwana – Das Praehistorium (approx. 2 km) features an interactive dinosaur museum, while the Reden water garden and the spoil heap combine nature and industrial history in a unique way.
