The Restaurant & Guesthouse Eifelstube restaurant since 1993 run by Anke and Horst Schneider. Horst Schneider is a cook by profession and has worked in several station already. Owner and responsible for the kitchen area, Always ready to listen to guests with food and want another. His hobby and his profession varied cuisine German Mediterranean also vegan & vegetarian meals like. My hobbies: photography, motor sports, hiking and good food & wine. Your contact during their stay here in the Eifelstube. Anke Schneider is a professional PTA (pharmaceutical-technical assistants) Since 1993 she is responsible for the service area. Gastronomy since 1964th We run the business in the second generation and are happy to welcome you as our guests . Our hotel is divided in the public sector with the restaurant and terrace , on the first floor are our guest rooms . For the public sector , our bowling alley is one still in the house ,which is located in the basement area .
