The Studio is located in a Doppelhaus basement with its own seperate enterance, kitchen and WC with shower. The appartment has two sides big windows and there is a big garden for the guest free to use. Guest may sit in the garden drinking and eating and enjoy sunshine. Everything is new built in this appartment and in this house.

The host wife and husband are easy talking and open with kindness.

There is 100m to Train and bus station (S-Bahn station), and around this area 100m there are Gas station, Bank , Post DHL, Supermarkets Normal, Penney, and restaurants. There is a shopping area around 300m. You may find what you need for living in this area.
