Property info

The flat is on the top floor of an apartment building. This means you have a wonderful view and can watch the stars from the sofa through the skylights. But that also means that you have to climb stairs ;-) So it's not for sissies. The flat was renovated in 2022 and the bathroom was completely replaced.

Neighborhood info

The flat is super quiet and super central. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre or the historic old town. The university clinics are only about 150 metres away and the university is only a few hundred metres away. Buses and trams leave almost directly from the front door and those arriving by car do not have far to go from the A60.
