This charming, rustic semi-detached house "Grietje's Huus" in the village of Loquard near Krummhörn shines in new splendor after its recent renovation. The house impresses with original wooden beams and a cozy atmosphere. With 67 m², it accommodates up to 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds (accessible via two steps), while the upper floor offers another bedroom with an extra-large double bed (2x2 m). Both rooms have wardrobes for your comfort. The lovingly furnished living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and dining table. An electric fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings. Along the bright hallway, the well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle, while the bathroom with shower and WC is on the opposite side. Amenities also include TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system, and washing machine. Families are welcome: there is a baby cot, high chair, and a box of toys. Enjoy sunny days on your private courtyard terrace with seating area, sun lounger, and barbecue. Children can play in the sandbox. Public parking is available next to the cemetery.
