Idyllic, cozy fully furnished vacation home with about 65 sqm living space, a large living and dining room (wooden floor) and a fireplace stove, fitted kitchen, daylight bathroom (new) with large shower, 2 bedrooms, storage room. Enjoy from the large terrace (28 sqm east facing) the free expansive view, which provides immediate relaxation, and the large garden (400 sqm plot) for 2- 4 people. In exceptions (e.g. children) also up to 6 persons (e.g. 4 children and 2 adults). During the summer months, take advantage of the free 25m swimming pool, the two tennis courts and the mini golf course. Please remember to bring your own bed linen and sheets (90 x 200 and if necessary 140x200) as well as hand and bath towels and tea towels.
Dear guests, please do not hesitate to contact me, preferably immediately with the booking.
You live in the so-called "upper village" of the vacation park. Here it is particularly quiet, with very friendly and pleasant neighbors. Therefore, here is also a lot of attention to rest and relaxation. Parties and noise should also be avoided here to continue to have this special atmosphere. In any case, the noon rest from 13:00 to 15:00 and the night rest from 22:00 are to be observed.
