Our holiday house is located only 200 m from Alpirsbach train station on a quiet, panoramic place in Krähenbad-Street - a vast property with garden and forest. Therefore our cottage is easily accessible by public transport. From the terrace you can enjoy the view to the Kinzig valley. Due to the proximity and our private connections to France, we call the house "Le Bain du Corbeau" - translated from German Krähenbad. We are supplied by renewable energies since autumn 2023.
Welcome to Alpirsbach. A visitor’s tax is charged for your stay - on the other hand with your visitor’s card the use of buses and trains in the Black Forest is unlimited and free of charge. Due to the favorable location of our house, there are numerous excursions possible from Alpirsbach train station. In addition, we are partners of "SchwarzwaldPlus" with a free admission offer to almost all tourist sites in the region. The offer starts with a stay of at least two nights. For the tax, I need the date of birth, ID number, license plate number, address and nationality of all guests before their arrival, since I have to print out the tourist cards on document paper. Unfortunately, I can not issue tourist cards on site when you arrive.
Our house is in the middle of the Black Forest Nature Park. The 1000-year-old Alpirsbach monastery, the famous Alpirsbacher Klosterbräu brewery, the Kinzigtal Valley cycle path, the Kinzigtal trail, the Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum, the Triberg waterfalls, Freudenstadt, the panoramic road Schwarzwaldhochstrasse, small romantic towns like Gengenbach, Strasbourg in France, Germany’s biggest amusement park Europapark, the Black Forest capital Freiburg, the famous spa Baden-Baden - everything is accessible even by public transport!
