“Parkplatz vor der Tür Ruhige str/kein Lärm Mit Auto zu Bank/Edeka 3 min Zum Strand nicht weit zu Fuß (man könnte auch da mit Auto hin aber Parkplatz muss man dann zahlen, normal halt) Fliegengitter sind dran (denke mal ist wichtig für die meisten )”
