The Sandstrand holiday home offers step-free access and is located in Timmendorfer Strand, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stay. With 100 m² of space, it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200 and 160x200), 1 bunk bed for 3 adults, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 7 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, two smart TVs with streaming services, a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Two baby cots and two high chairs are also available. The house has a secluded outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue. The Baltic Sea is just a few meters away, and a dog beach can be reached in about 5 minutes. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Up to 3 pets are allowed. Towels, bed linen, and the tourist tax are available on site for an extra charge. Smoking is not permitted. The property offers homemade products.
