An additional, separate sleeping arrangement can be set up on the sofa bed in the living room if requested in advance. Our holiday home is situated on the outskirts of Kleve in a quiet residential area. From here you reach comfortably a baker and a supermarket in direct proximity. A modern swimming pool can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The central location also offers an ideal starting point to discover the Lower Rhine and the neighbouring Netherlands. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful nature of the Lower Rhine in all directions. Well developed and signposted cycle paths offer good opportunities for extensive cycling tours. 2 Golf courses are also close by. Parking is directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked and charged in the garden. In the large in-house garden there is a small area for guests of the apartment to use. Garden chairs, table, parasol and, if required, a grill are available.
