A light-flooded, spacious, animal-friendly retreat right on the beach, with a partial sea view from the apartment on the 1st floor, which is blocked by trees in summer. It is only a few meters (across the street) to the beach and only approx. 200m to the dog beach. The 64sqm 2-room apartment offers space for a total of 4 adults (a double bed: 180cm x 200cm and 1 wardrobe sofa: 140cm x 200cm), two children (a cot, possibly a sofa or an extra bed) and the dog. The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower (connected to the bedroom, an extra bathroom (toilet and sink) at the entrance, own parking spaces (2x) directly at the house and many extras such as 1000 Mbit / s WiFi, Bluetooth amplifier, etc. The small kitchenette is equipped with the usual appliances, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, microwave, ... except oven and dishwasher.
I am at your disposal for any questions and attach great importance to constant availability, friendly communication and flexibility in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You will of course receive my telephone number prior to arrival. Please note the regulations due to the new state ordinance Schleswig-Holstein, • Guests must show negative tests upon arrival (max. 48 hours old). • Only tested persons may be admitted to the accommodation, whose testing was carried out before the start of the trip. If there is no proof, the apartment cannot be made available to you, as accommodation would then be forbidden by law. In this case the costs will not be reimbursed. In this respect, a test 48 hours before arrival makes sense, as you still have enough time to cancel the trip, provided that a free cancellation has been booked via Booking. • Additional testy must be provided every 72 hours. • Corona tests do not have to be presented for children under 6 years of age.
Casa Raphael is located on the popular Scharbeutzer beach, in close proximity to the dog beach (beach section 31) and the beach volleyball fields. The famous Scharbeutz beach promenade with many restaurants and shopping opportunities is only about 7 minutes away on foot. The dune mini golf is only 400m; the Scharbeutz pier 1.2 km and the Ostseetherme 3.3 km away. Restaurants: Sorrento 700 m, GOSCH Scharbeutz 1.4 km, Hamptons approx. 2.5 km and much more within walking distance.
