With approx. 55 m², this bright and cozy accommodation offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 guests, ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy nature and Bavarian hospitality. The apartment features a natural wood style, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy wonderful views of meadows, mountains, and even Salzburg in the distance. The spacious living-dining area with TV and a comfortable sofa bed with real mattress is perfect for relaxing, while the separate bedroom ensures restful sleep. The modern bathroom with shower offers comfort and functionality. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. A washing machine is available upon request. For our younger guests, we provide a high chair, cot, and other amenities. If the weather isn't ideal, our playroom keeps children entertained. There’s also a playground right across from the apartment—perfect for little adventurers. The quiet location, just about 5 minutes from the A8 motorway, allows quick trips to Berchtesgaden, Chiemsee, the Chiemgau region, or Salzburg.
