The holiday apartment is located in a quiet, rural setting at the foot of the Black Forest, offering unobstructed views of meadows and forests, surrounded by farms and idyllic countryside life. The apartment features a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living and sleeping area with a double bed. The living area provides direct access to a private balcony with a wonderful view. The holiday apartment is located in the same building as another, larger apartment. The staircase, entrance area, and the entire outdoor area including the pool are shared. Our pool area is typically ready for use from around mid-April. From May to the end of September, the pool is heated to a moderate swimming temperature, depending on the weather. The apartment includes a fully and high-quality equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, as well as sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils. The open-plan living and sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable bed and a small dining area. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Smaller shopping facilities can be reached within a few minutes by car, and the nearest larger town is about a 10-minute drive away.
