In the middle of the Harz Nature Park lies the idyllic spa town of Hasselfelde. From there, all the attractions (caves, castles, half-timbered towns, narrow-gauge railway, etc.) and leisure activities (such as Harzdrenalin, treetop walk, leisure pools, Rappbode valley, Brocken hike...) that the Harz has to offer can be reached in no time. The hiking trails start right on the doorstep. A supermarket with a bakery, restaurant, banks, and gas station are only a few minutes away.
