Free travel on all public transport for all guests. Smart TV. Time for Netflix (& co.) & chill! Chalet feeling in a sunny, peaceful, apt. on the edge of the forest in a beautiful village with very little traffic & great hiking, bike, sledding & cross country ski trails. Skiing / sledding in the village recommended for children and beginners. Very close to Feldberg, Wutachschlucht, Titisee, Schluchsee. Cellar available for skis. I believe personal touches make the difference. High quality furnishings & equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is well equipped including for fondue & raclette. Nespresso machine & coffee filters available. Child friendly, pet friendly. Smoking permitted on the balcony
Born in Great Britain, I have lived and worked in the United States, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Australia, Austria, France and live now in the Black Forest for 10 years. A passionate and very experienced traveler, former private chef, graduate of hotel and restaurant school. Hospitality & providing great guest experience and satisfaction, are second nature to me. I have cooked on the private yachts and in diverse homes of some of the richest and most famous people in the world which means: my standards are very high. Whatever the space, I make everything possible out of it and there more improvements planned for 2023. I speak English, German and French fluently.
Feldberg, Titisee, Schluchsee, Wutachschlucht, Freiburg, Ravennaschlucht and Hinterzarten are top local landmarks. Saig is ideally located for hiking, biking and cross country skiing straight from the door, with wide open country panoramas. The very popular Badeparadies is only 10 minutes away and with its indoor waterslides, pools, palm oasis, and saunas it is a great year round attraction for wellness and fun. For downhill skiing Feldberg ( visible from Saig ) is only a 15 minute drive, with lots of parking on site.
