Leave everyday life behind you and come into the peace and quiet of nature...the perfect apartment for the whole family: completely renovated, modern and cozy. The perfect starting point to discover the Black Forest, ideal for families with children. The apartment is equipped with the following sleeping facilities: - Double bed (180x200cm) - Bunk bed (140x200cm downstairs, 90x200cm upstairs) - Sofa bed (120x180cm) - Travel cot with mattress (60x120cm) A closet is available in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen: - Induction hob (cooking utensils available) - oven - Dishwasher - Refrigerator with freezer compartments - Coffee pad machine (Nespresso) - Kettle - Toaster - Hand mixer and muffin tin A large dining table with 4 chairs (+2 chairs from the living room), 1 children's high chair and 1 baby high chair are available. Bathroom: - Shower - WC - washbasin - Hair dryer There is a washing machine and clothes horse in the cellar (free use). Towels and bed linen are available free of charge. * Perfect for children (play corner, travel cot, high chairs (baby and child), baby monitor, socket protection, children's crockery) * Communal garden with two sun loungers for relaxing * Konus guest card included - free use of local public transport * free WLAN, free parking and use of washing machine. * multiple discounts throughout the Black Forest with the guest card (mini golf, bowling alley, swimming pools, ski lifts...) * free use of the ski lift in Häusern for guests * hiking trails that start right outside the front door (e.g. to the Fuchsfelsen, Albsee...) * the visitor's tax, which benefits the municipality, is payable in addition, 1.80 per person aged 15 and over per overnight stay.
