Numerous hiking and walking trails lead you through the Bärnsee landscape conservation area or up into the mountains - ideal for anyone who likes to be active or simply wants to enjoy nature. Right in front of the holiday flat, cows graze peacefully in the meadow, and the gentle ringing of their bells accompanies the day like a little melody of nature. Due to the hillside location, there is no level access to the flat; you will need to walk a short distance down a step to reach the entrance. Because of the hillside location, our flat is a basement-level property and features a sun terrace. Cycle paths towards Lake Chiemsee and mountain bike tours start right from the house. You will be staying in a lovingly furnished holiday flat for two people, featuring an open-plan living and sleeping area. Due to its hillside location, there is no level access to the flat. You will need to climb a single step and walk a short distance downhill to reach the entrance. Our holiday flat is a basement flat and features a sunny terrace. Important note: Due to the steep external access, the holiday flat is unfortunately not suitable for guests with walking difficulties or who use a walking frame. Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. The parking space reserved for you is located opposite the house as a parking bay.
