Our new and modern apartment (65 square meters) is located on the ground floor of our house and can accommodate 2-3 people. In the bedroom there are two single beds (2 x 0,90 x 2,00) which are also used as a double bed. For another person to accommodate in the living room where the sofa can be pulled out as a sofa bed. Integrated in the living room kitchen is separated with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with everything you stove, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric table grill for the patio and needed for cooking. The living room has a large LCD TV and a radio. A hallway with separate utility room and a spacious bathroom with shower, hair dryer and hygiene items also belong to the apartment. A large sun terrace with electric awning, patio and chairs to sit and relax. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds. A carport parking space is located directly at the house.

The beautiful , modern and renovated holiday apartment ( 65 square meters ) is located in our family house in Rheinbreitbach . The convenient location offers from here relaxing walks along the Rhine to . Nice beer gardens such as The Salmen fishing or Rhein Air can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes . In the historic districts Rhöndorf , Koenigswinter , Oberdollendorf or picturesque Unkel you can discover small, fine restaurants and cozy wine bars . Due to the good transport links are other attractions , such as the former capital of Bonn , within easy reach . Shopping facilities are also nearby . Would you nevertheless times quiet hours to spend in the apartment , so loads the large e solarium with sitting area , chairs and electric awning to relax.
